The Bok Extendable Dining Table changes very little once extended, which is part of what makes it work so well. The proportions remain light and balanced, even as the table grows to hold more people around it.
Jaqi selected this piece for the ease of its silhouette. The softened edges and sculptural leg detail give the solid oak a lighter presence within a room, allowing the table to feel calm rather than dominant.
Designed by Alain van Havre, the form takes cues from curved horns, visible in the gentle lines and flowing structure beneath the tabletop. Everyday use suits it naturally. Long dinners, crowded weekends, chairs gathered loosely around it over time.
Crafted in varnished oak, the grain and warmth of the timber remain central to the piece.
