Returns & Exchanges Policy
Online purchases can be refunded within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returned products must be accompanied by the original receipt/proof of payment. Jaqi shall not be responsible for any products until such products have been successfully returned to Jaqi in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are properly packed and that you receive proof of postage and tracking number from your chosen carrier or postal service. Returns may incur a Warehouse Restocking charge of 25% plus Delivery costs. Nothing in this policy will impact your statutory rights.
In store purchases cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or faulty. Please see below reporting requirements for damaged/faulty products.

Right Of Withdrawal
In addition to our general Returns & Exchange Policy and our Online Furniture Returns Policy, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days, without giving any reason (subject to the exceptions listed below). Your right to withdraw from the contract expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the items.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after the day on which you received the items ordered. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects Of Withdrawal:
We will refund all payments received from you, excluding Delivery Costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have supplied sufficient evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is earlier.
You must return the items to us at the below address without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

You will be responsible for any cost incurred or risk in returning products. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession and you will be responsible for any diminished value of the items resulting from the handling of the items beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions To Right Of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain circumstances. We have set out below those exceptions most likely to apply to purchases from the website:
- contracts for the supply of products that are made to order, on the basis of your individual choice or decision (e.g. bespoke furniture items);·
- Fabric orders cut from larger rolls cannot be returned unless faulty.
- contracts for the supply of products that are clearly personalised;
- contracts for products that are purchased in store.
Damaged/Faulty Products
If you think there is something wrong with your products, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Notifications made after 48 hours will not be liable for refund. You may either bring it into one of our stores or visit our Contact Us page.
