Prices, Payment and Charges
100% of every order is payable immediately upon placing an order.
We take care to ensure products are priced correctly on our website, but occasionally pricing errors may occur. If we have made an error in the price of a product that you have ordered, our customer service team will contact you. You may have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price (subject to availability), however Jaqi is under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was mistakenly advertised at an incorrect price.
Please note prices for products on our website may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. Jaqi endeavours to ensure that all products offered on the website is available at the same price in our store. However, from time to time we may offer additional discounts for purchases from Jaqi online that do not apply in stores, or vice versa.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate and correct at the time of entering the information on to the system.
Delivery costs are not included in the prices and will be charged in addition at checkout.
Should you choose to cancel or return products purchased in a promotion or at a discounted price, you will be refunded for the products at the price charged at the checkout. Please note: you are subject to our Returns Policy below when returning products purchased in a promotion or at a discounted price.
Accepted Payment Methods
You can pay with Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or Klarna. You can also pay all or part of the purchase price with a Jaqi Gift Card. Payments through the website are managed and operated by third party providers Shopify, Klarna and Paypal.
By clicking on ‘Pay’, ‘Pay Now’, ‘Place Order’, ‘Pay with Apple Pay’, ‘Pay now with Apple Pay’, ‘Checkout’ ‘Continue’, the PayPal logo, or the Apple Pay logo you confirm that the debit or credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder of the gift card. Debit cards or credit cards will be subject to verification and authorisation by your card issuer, but if your card issuer fails to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and may not be able to form a contract with you.
If you pay using a Jaqi gift card, please retain your gift card that you have used for payment to facilitate any refunds you may require in the future.
Order Process
All orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following:
You will be given the opportunity to confirm the details of your order, including your address and payment details, prior to completing your order.
When you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to let you know that we have received your order. This is not an order confirmation or acceptance.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Jaqi will take place when your order has been dispatched. We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been dispatched for delivery. We reserve the right to dispatch multiple orders separately. This is confirmation and acceptance of your order.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will try to deliver in line with the Lead Times specified for the product on the product page. Where we are unable to deliver your order within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please note that special terms and conditions apply in relation to the delivery of furniture.
Once you press the ‘Pay Now’/’Pay with PayPal’ button, you have given us permission to process your order as requested.
Eligibility to order
You must be over 18 years of age and:
- provide us with your real name, contact information and payment details when creating an order;
- provide us with a delivery address;
- possess a valid payment method that works on our website.
We reserve the right to request proof of age verifiable by passport, or driver’s licence, or a Garda National Age Card.
Product Descriptions, Ingredients and Restrictions
We do not guarantee that the product images you see on our website are an accurate representation; occasionally, colours may differ from the images shown on the website due to your computer/device screen resolution or settings. Natural variations in handmade products are to be expected (up to 2cm range in some cases). Natural differences in wood, leather, and marble are expected and are not faults.
The material displayed is provided by way of information only, except in relation to the description of products available to purchase online.
The information and materials contained in this website are provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and save for our obligations regarding the product details, our liability is excluded to the fullest extent permissible under Irish Law.
We feature products that have been carefully selected for sale on the Jaqi website. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity and may not be available again. Prices of products may change from time to time.
We cannot be liable for any reason if the Jaqi website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of or the entire Jaqi website.
We cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions in relation to the use or consumption of products.
